Why Bill Black chose Saint Augustine

I looked at many homes to purchase this past Spring. I fell in love with this house as it makes you feel so warm and welcome as you enter the house.There is a real cozy feeling to the house and many areas for socializing with family and friends. I also hope to add a pool, hot tub, and fire pit in the Spring of 2018 to make it a perfect beach house with everything you need.
