About Surf's Up
"Surf's Up" is a magnificent, ocean front home looking over the vast St. Augustine dunes and the Atlantic Ocean.
The moment you walk into the foyer, you are greeted by soft colors, beachy decor, and beautiful pine floors. The main living area is on the 1st floor. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all look out over the wrap-around deck and the beach in the back ground.
The living room is warm and inviting with it's many windows allowing in plenty of natural light. The sofas and chairs allow guests to gather around a decorative fireplace to socialize, or watch their favorite show on one of many TVs in the house. There is a powder room off of the living room. Next to the living room is the sun room with two day beds, sitting area, and another TV.

There is a second master bedroom upstairs. It is on the ocean side of the house and features a king bed, TV, and a large, private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
